Is Complete

What does IS COMPLETE mean? What does it do?

OMA assessments can be LONG! We know that you sometimes need to pause and ask people on your team questions about your assessments...so we created the IS Complete button!

You MUST click this button on EVERY assessment in order to let us know it's ready to be sent to the State of California. If you don't you will NOT get credit for the assessment! Please note that you don't need to click it on every PAGE...just once for the entire Baseline or KEC or 3M, and  it will be marked IS COMPLETE.

This button exists on EVERY page of EVERY assessment: most often you will click it when you're done, but you can also click it after going back and editing a section. For example: maybe you have a hard time with the Living Arrangements and you don't finish that section your first time through. When you've finished it during a later session, you can click IS COMPLETE right there on that page.

How do I find assessments I forgot to mark IS COMPLETE?

The lists on the Home page (My Baselines, My Team Baselines, and so on), all have SORTABLE columns...you can use them to arrange the data however you like. (Please note: this functionality hasn't been implemented for FCCS yet!).

Click on the Column Header that says Is Completed, and you'll get all of them sorted by "No" and "Yes." You can then go through and Edit each one to mark it complete: click on the Edit Icon (the pencil, left hand column), and the click "Is Complete" at the bottom of any page of the assessment. You only have to click it once to mark it complete!
