How do I log in to the Outcome Measures Application?

Watch the OMA Logon Movie

Minimum System Requirements

This document will tell you what the Minimum System Requirements for running OMA are. One key problem for many users: your browser must allow Pop-up windows. If you have a Pop-up blocker, please make sure that it is set to allow OMA to open Pop-up windows.

DMH Directly Operated

Contractors--scroll down!

If you work for a DMH Directly Operated Clinic (in other words, if you are a County employee), you will use your Integrated System password to sign in to the Outcome Measures Application.

  • Please note: your IS Password is DIFFERENT from your DMH Network password. You will not use the same User Name and Password that you use every morning to get into the system!
  • If you have never signed in to the Integrated System, you will need to apply for access. Please follow the steps outlined on this web page: Apply for Access
  • If you have signed on in the past but have lost or forgotten your password, please call the DMH Help Desk 213-351-1335 and ask them to reset your Integrated System password.

If you log in to the OMA and you find your client BUT you cannot see or click on an Episode…

  • You may have logged in incorrectly. Make sure you have a valid IS password (try logging in to the IS at https://dmhisintra.co.la.ca.us/Home/Public/Login.aspx), and try logging in again.
  • Your client may not have an open Episode. Check the Episode in the IS to make sure it’s currently open. You will not be able to work in OMA without an open Episode!
  • If you are logged in correctly and the client has an open Episode, please call Help Desk: 213-351-1335 to report a problem. Please DO NOT send the client’s MHMIS number in the email…that is a violation of HIPAA. Please give us your name and a contact number and we will assist you as soon as possible. Or for DMH Directly Operated users you can send us a [secure] email with the word [secure] in brackets appearing as the first word in the subject line and NO OTHER client identifying info.

The Intranet Address for DMH Directly Operated users is…

Contract Providers

If you work for a DMH Contract Provider, you will use your SecurID Card to sign in to the Outcome Measures Application. You will also need a password to get into the OMA. This password is the same as the one you use for the IS if you were not using the SecurID Card.

If you have never signed in to the Integrated System, you will need to apply for access. Please follow the steps outlined on this web page: Apply for Access

Contract Providers will then need to call DMH’s Help Desk: 213-351-1335 and ask for a password reset. Tell the Help Desk that you are a Contractor and need to get access to the OMA.

If you log in to the OMA and you find your client BUT you cannot see or click on an Episode…

You may have logged on incorrectly.

Please DO NOT send the client’s MHMIS number in the email…that is a violation of HIPAA. Please give us your name and a contact number and we will assist you as soon as possible.  Or you can send a secure email.  Make certain it is secure email and that NO client info is anywhere in the subject line.
