OMA or Outcomes Measurement Application

The Outcomes Measurement Application is a computer application built specifically by the Department of Mental Health's CIO Bureau.

OMA imports data on a given client from the Department's Integrated System and guides staff members through the process of recording outcomes data as a Baseline Assessment, Key Event Change, or Quarterly Assessment.
