Community Services and Supports

Community Services and Support (CSS) refers to the Community Services and Supports Plan, the first of five plans submitted by Los Angeles County for approval under the Mental Health Services Act (MHSA) and approved by the Board of Supervisors and the State Deparment of Mental Health.
