Compatability View and Internet Explorer

Users who are working in IE 8, 9, 10 or 11 might not be able to see drop-down menus in OMA 3.1.X. Instead of seeing “My Baselines, My KEC’s” and so on, they see a blank box. Or they might have problems with doing searches and so on.

Newer versions of Internet Explore include something called “Compatibility View” under the Tools menu. Basically, it tells IE 8 or 9 or 10 or 11 to emulate IE 7 for websites that are using older code. Click on the Broken Page link to fix your menus!

Microsoft provides the following page to help users set up Compatibility View for using the OMA and other sites.
