Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) (For PHYSICAL Healthcare Reasons): The consumer is living in the SNF because his/her PHYSICAL healthcare needs make it impossible to serve the member in a less restrictive setting. The consumer has a co-occurring psychiatric disorder but would be able to live in the community if there were no physical healthcare concerns.
