LA County DMH is now using WebEx to provide training and meetings via the Internet.
In a WebEx "Webinar" users go to a website where they are able to see live presentations and interact with DMH trainers or other staff. In the past we were using WebEx's built-in audio feature, but we are also using standard conference lines nowadays because they're a lot easier for most users.
