XML

"XML" stands for Extensible Markup Language, and it is used by DMH to accept data from providers who are using their own computer application to gather data (as opposed to the Outcomes Measurement Application).

Please note: DMH does not accept paper forms. Data must be submitted using the Outcomes Measurement Application or via XML.
