Minimum System Requirements

This document will tell you what the Minimum System Requirements for running PEI OMA are. One key problem for many users: your browser must allow Pop-up windows. If you have a Pop-up blocker, please make sure that it is set to allow OMA to open Pop-up windows.

DMH Directly Operated

Contractors--scroll down!

If you work for a DMH Directly Operated Clinic (in other words, if you are a County employee), you will use your Integrated System password to sign on to the Outcomes Measures Application.

If you log on to the OMA and you find your client BUT you cannot see or click on an Episode…

Contract Providers

If you work for a DMH Contract Provider, you will use your SecurID Card to sign on to the Outcomes Measures Application. You will also need a password to get into the OMA. This password is the same you WOULD use for the IS if you were not using the SecurID Card.

If you have never signed in to the Integrated System, you will need to apply for access. Please follow the steps outlined on this web page: Apply for Access

Contract Providers will then need to call DMH’s Help Desk and ask for a password reset. Tell the Help Desk that you are a Contractor and need to get access to the PEI OMA. Their number is 213-351-1335.

If you log on to the OMA and you find your client BUT you cannot see or click on your Reporting Unit…

You may have logged on incorrectly. Make sure you have a valid IS password (try logging on to the IS at https://dmhisintra.co.la.ca.us/Home/Public/Login.aspx), and try logging on again.

Please see the Step-by-Step document to learn more about entering Outcomes data. You can find it at…
