Page history last edited by josh cornell 7 years, 9 months ago

The California Institute for Behavioral Health Solutions (CIBHS), formerly known as California Institute of Mental Health (CiMH), had a contract with DMH to collect outcomes for three PEI practices. The contract for data collection ended on June 30, 2014.

CiMH collected data for the following practices:

Managing and Adapting Practice (MAP)

Triple Positive Parenting (Triple P)

Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT)

PEI OMA Version 1.5 was released on 2/9/15. Version 1.5 includes the addition of MAP, TF-CBT and Triple P and the integration of active data that was last reported to CiMH for these practices in early 2014. You can see a list of changes on the Release Notes page.  In February and March of 2015 DMH presented two PEI OMA Version 1.5 training webinars and 4 PEI OMA booster training webinars.  Below are brief descriptions of the trainings and PDFs of the trainings' PowerPoints.

Note: Prior to June 30, 2014, contracted (NGA) and directly operated (DO) providers collected outcome measures data for California Institute of Mental Health (CiMH) sponsored Evidence Based Practices (EBPs) and sent them directly to CiMH every 6 months using an Excel data shell that was distributed by CiMH.   The final submissions for Triple P and MAP were due on January 31, 2014 for data collected through December 31, 2013.   The final data submission for TF-CBT was due to CiMH on February 28, 2014 for data collected through January 31, 2014.  Since the final data submissions, providers have been holding onto data waiting for PEI OMA to be modified to newly capture data for these practices.
