If you have additional questions, regarding PEI Practice Learning Networks, or would like to RSVP for one of the Learning Network meetings, please contact PEIOutcomes@dmh.lacounty.gov. When you confirm your participation or that of an agency designee, include your agency’s reporting unit provider number so that available data reports can be generated for review at the Learning Network meeting. In addition, feel free to include suggested agenda items, discussion points that are likely to evoke meaningful conversation.
(Note: We are unable to assure that data reports will be available for providers who do not meet the above deadline.)
