IFCCS stands for Intensive FCCS for Children.

5 pilot providers began providing IFCCS-Child services in 2013.  The pilot providers collected outcomes using the FCCS outcome forms and entered data in FSP/FCCS OMA.   In July 2016, this program expanded greatly and the requirements for the outcome measures changed.  Effective on or after July 1, 2016 for all new clients (or after 6/20/16 for the pilot providers) all clients receiving IFCCS services will have their outcomes reported using the same forms used for Full Service Partnership.  These new IFCCS outcomes will be sent to the state for MHSA as Full Service Partnership programs.    

OMA Training for IFCCS

IFCCS OMA Forms Training  is for clinicians and administrators who are responsible for filling out the client's IFCCS Outcome forms (Baseline, Key Event Change, and Three Month).

To register for IFCCS OMA Forms Training, please fill out this Registration Form and email it in Excel format to: FSPoutcomes@dmh.lacounty.gov

In the Subject line of your email, enter: IFCCS OMA Forms Training Registration, (insert date of training you are registering for).

Keep in mind that space is limited and trainings fill up very fast usually well in advance of the training date so please register as soon as possible to avoid the training being full and needing to register for the next training. 

***Please make sure you are using the correct registration form for the training you are requesting to register for. The trainers are different and your email with excel registration form will be sent to each trainer. If the forms and/or dates are wrong it creates confusion which may hold up your registration process.***

IFCCS OMA Data Entry Training is for administrative data entry staff who are responsible for entering data from the paper IFCCS Outcome forms into the online OMA.
